Closing Unipartner’s 3rd Edition Mentoring Program
Over the past three years, Unipartner has developed its Mentoring Program, a comprehensive initiative of shared learning and development that promotes the improvement of our colleagues’ skills and competencies, strengthening our company culture. Experienced team members acted as mentors, providing valuable guidance and strategies to help mentees achieve their professional and personal goals.
Recently, this program has come to an end, offering a fantastic opportunity for the fourteen mentors and their respective mentees who participated in this edition, furthering our spirit of collaboration. We want to thank our People’s team and those who participated in making this program possible.
